SOLLONG, a decentralized computing project combining artificial intelligence and blockchain, will host its first official Korea meetup on April 21 (Monday) at 3 PM at BigPlace in Gangnam, Seoul. The event, titled “GLOBAL COMPUTING POWER RESOURCE SUMMIT – SOLLONG KOREA MEETUP,” will unveil the company’s vision to expand the AI ecosystem through tokenized global computing resources.
SOLLONG has recently strengthened its global presence through key appearances in Dubai and Tokyo. In Dubai, the project introduced its mining-enabled smartphone to local investors and Web3 businesses, while in Tokyo, it met with leading tech professionals to explore joint opportunities. The upcoming Seoul event represents the next strategic step in SOLLONG’s expansion into the Asian market.
At the core of SOLLONG’s technology is its Stellar smartphone series, designed to transform ordinary users into decentralized computing nodes. These smartphones allow users to contribute AI processing power and earn token-based rewards. Unlike conventional mining phones, the Stellar devices come preloaded with multi-chain wallets, a decentralized app marketplace, and built-in AI modules — effectively turning each phone into a portable edge-computing node.
The event program will include a welcome by TV announcer Yeonwoo Choi, a keynote by Professor Seokbin Yoon, Special Professor at the Graduate School of AI Software, Sogang University, an official MOU ceremony with the New Media Culture Industry Association, and a business presentation by SOLLONG Global CEO Richard Ren. Closing remarks will be delivered by CMO Clair Wu, followed by an on-site networking session and product demonstration.
